Awasi’s planned 2027 Cenit category and Explora’s membership-linked Guest House provide different routes to a Patagonian residence. One proposes moving more dining and service into the villa; the other places a four-bedroom house within membership benefits. A physical home, a future introduction and a right to reserve it require separate descriptions.
The guiding and conservation accounts also work at different scales. Awasi describes individually organised exploration without guaranteeing wildlife sightings. TNC’s partnership and wider 2024–2030 plan describe mechanisms and objectives, not completed ecological outcomes for a guest stay. Private attention can connect a household with a landscape without making that landscape its possession.
