THE PHJ READING

Read these cases together.

Nivara at Murtoli offers distance within a wider Corsican estate. An annex bedroom, shared bathroom allocation and published driving times to restaurants make the house’s position consequential. Its privacy is a particular way to use the domain, rather than an exclusive reservation of everything Murtoli operates.

Coquelicot’s catered-chalet offer makes the same question of service scope visible in Courchevel: a chef can be included while ingredients are excluded, and two sellers describe their own terms. Read beside Nivara’s seasonal restaurant wording, the comparison concerns which hospitality arrangements actually accompany the named house.

Coquelicot makes the private-chef brief unusually explicit

At the Courchevel chalet, a published half-board arrangement separates the cook’s work from the cost of ingredients. Its design and mountain access add further substance to the service choice.
