THE PHJ READING

Read these cases together.

La Donaira’s nine guest spaces sit within a working Andalusian estate that can also be reserved by one group. The exclusive-use proposition changes the sharing of common spaces, while the named duplex still needs its own room allocation. Acreage, accommodation layout and the actual household agreement answer different questions about a gathering.

The food account connects vegetables and salad greens from the gardens with named chefs and additional nearby producers. Ordinary room terms include full board but list signature activities and transfers separately; a tailored buyout needs its own terms. A separate LIFE olive-growing programme adds an evidence comparison without certifying La Donaira or measuring the effect of a stay.

La Donaira’s estate buyout brings the working farm to the table
